Can I change my booking date or time?
Yes, you can — but any changes must be made at least 8 hours before your reservation. After that, the booking will be charged in full, and rescheduling will not be possible.

Do I need to show my ticket upon arrival?
The fastest way to check in is to show the ticket you received by email when booking your activity.
If you don’t have access to your email, simply give the staff the name used for the reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation, you will receive a full refund.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the reservation, the full price will be charged.

What kind of spaces do you have for customers?
We have a total of three public saunas and one private sauna, forming the heart of our facilities.
To access the shore and river, there are two sturdy piers and well-maintained stairs.
For washing and bathrooms, we provide spacious showers and separate facilities for men and women.
Changing rooms are warm and comfortable, also separated for men and women, and include mirrors and hair dryers for your convenience.
For relaxing and enjoying hot drinks or snacks, we have a traditional Finnish kota lounge with an open fire, perfect for unwinding after your activity

Yes! Friends or family members who are not participating are welcome to wait in our kota lounge by the open fire or on the terrace. They can relax, enjoy a hot drink, and safely watch the activities from a comfortable spot.

Yes! Our location is excellent for viewing the Northern Lights whenever they are visible. The best chances are during the winter season, when the night sky is clear. While sightings cannot be guaranteed, you’ll have a great opportunity to enjoy this magical natural phenomenon from our surroundings.

Yes! Children are welcome to join, but must be supervised by an adult at all times. The ticket price is the same for children and adults.

Are there any age limits?
Are there any age limits?
Yes there are a few:
Floating Water Park: Minimum age 6 years. Children 6–9 years must be accompanied by an adult. Children 10 years or older can attend by themselves. Swimming skills are mandatory.
Arctic Ice Floating Experience: Minimum age 12 years and 140 cm tall.
Otherwise, there are no age or height restrictions for our activities.
